Computer Consultants Group, LLC offers the following Returns Policy:
We will replace or refund any DOA (Dead on Arrival) product if notified within 7 days of receipt of the product.  We will assist in filing claims with any carriers that damage goods in transit.  We recommend that customers purchase insurance at check-out.
