Most of the items we list are purchased from liquidation lots. The items range from brand new, shelf pulls, returns and used. Any item that we did not purchase as "Brand New" will be listed as "Used". Sometimes shelf pulls are still sealed in shrink wrap and the packaging is in "new" condition. These items that were probably pulled because a new version has been released will be listed as "Old Version" or similar, we may list these as "New". Items listed as "Used" are visually inspected by our staff to verify the contents of the listing and condition of the item. Software listed as "Used" is usually of unknown background unless listed as "Sealed" Microsoft software will be sold with the COA (Certificate of Authenticity) unless otherwise stated. Ownership of the COA is ownership of the license for the software regardless of origin. Items listed as "Refurbished" are items that we have sent to the factory for replacement by one of our OEM Partners.

Items sold as "used" or "return" may have cosmetic, manufacturer, or other defects but still be fully functional. Though we will strive to list any known defects to the product in the listing, we are only responsible for the working condition of the item.
